Terms of Service for Tidy

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tidy, a messaging-based assistant operated by Pond AI Inc. ("Pond," "we," or "us"). By using Tidy, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully.
1. Using Tidy
You agree to use Tidy responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:
- Violate any law or third-party rights.
- Interfere with or disrupt Tidy's services.
- Use Tidy for any unauthorized commercial purpose without our permission.
2. Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Pond a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate and improve Tidy and related services.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Payment
If you subscribe to paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or our policies.
5. Termination
Pond may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any reason with notice. You may terminate your account at any time.
6. Disclaimers
Pond provides Tidy "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pond is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tidy or related services.
8. Dispute Resolution and Class Action Waiver
No class actions or representative claims.
You and Pond agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis. No court may consolidate multiple claims or preside over class, collective, or representative actions. Any relief awarded can only benefit the individual bringing the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tidy constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
